Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead inspection activities and continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial water resources organization. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a leading industrial-sector organization, is seeking an **Operations Supervisor – Water Resources Company** to join its team in Ate Vitarte. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum of 02 years of professional experience. * At least 01 year of specific experience performing supervision duties or similar functions; alternatively, certification of 02 years of experience as a Water Meter Verification Inspector. * Solid knowledge of standards NTP ISO/IEC 17020, NMP 005\-1:2011, and NMP 005\-1:2018\. * Completion of course PV\-003 Ed. 01 RCD N.° 005\-2023\-SUNASS\-CD and familiarity with Resolution N.° 0063\-2006\-CRT/INDECOPI. * Proficiency in water meter manufacturing processes, operation, and anomaly detection. * Knowledge of test bench operation and execution of inspection processes. * Familiarity with ISO 17020:2012 and associated quality control guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise activities carried out by Inspection Body personnel. * Ensure proper use of formats, records, and procedures established within the Management System. * Prepare, review, and validate technical reports related to water meter performance and evaluation. * Verify correct issuance of certificates, result reports, and inspection team reports. * Safeguard the impartiality, reliability, and traceability of inspection activities. * Identify improvement opportunities and promote actions aimed at continuous process optimization. * Comply with and promote compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations, in accordance with Law N.° 29783\. * Ensure order and cleanliness in areas under their responsibility. * Actively participate in internal audits, risk assessments, complaint management, and corrective action follow-up. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Food allowance of S/ 240\. * Mobility allowance of S/ 450\.
