We are currently seeking an Administrative Logistics Assistant for our Cusco office—a well-organized, proactive individual with interest in developing their career in logistics and administration within a leading sector company. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?** * Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all processes and products comply with requirements established by Wasi Mikuna and national food safety regulations. * Process Supervision: Conduct inspections in storage and distribution areas to ensure food is handled under optimal hygienic conditions. * Quality Management: Implement and maintain up-to-date records for quality management systems such as ISO 9001, BPA (Good Storage Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), PHS (Hygiene and Sanitation Program), PGH, etc. * Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on good hygiene and food quality practices. * Document Control: Maintain updated quality-related records, including technical specifications, inspection protocols, audit reports, correspondence received and sent to Qali Warma, among others. * Liaison with Authorities and Clients: Serve as the liaison between the company and PAE or any health authorities (Digesa, Diresa, Senasa, etc.), managing inspections, external audits, and addressing inquiries or complaints. * Indicator Monitoring: Define and analyze key quality indicators (KPIs) to evaluate system performance and ensure continuous improvement. * Daily Activity Organization, Planning, and Supervision. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Quality Manager in companies operating in the food industry.
