Job Summary: We are seeking an After-Sales Supervisor to coordinate technical visits, manage activities, and optimize resources in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of technical visits and work execution. 2. Planning of after-sales activities and supplier management. 3. Management of human and material resources to optimize field operations. At Imagina, we are currently seeking an After-Sales Supervisor. The main responsibilities include: * Conducting technical inspection visits and providing necessary explanations to property owners regarding applicable and non-applicable works. * Coordinating and supervising technical visits and work execution with property owners and contractors to ensure timely resolution of observations. * Planning and scheduling after-sales activities and supplier engagements to meet time commitments made to property owners. * Managing assigned human and material resources to optimize field operations. * Updating service records in the Sperant system according to company-established policies. Requirements: * 2 years of experience in the real estate and/or construction sector in supervisory roles such as Quality Control, Finishes, Project Design, or After-Sales. * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
