Incident reporting and recordkeeping A private security company is seeking a **JUNIOR SECURITY SUPERVISOR – SURVEILLANCE** for its **LURÍN BRANCH**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Proven work experience as a **Junior Security Supervisor or Surveillance Preventive Officer**, or prior service in the Armed Forces or National Police * Valid SUCAMEC certification or willingness to obtain it through the company’s training program. **Employment Conditions:** * Biweekly salary payments * Transportation and meal allowances * Working hours: 11 hours and 15 minutes of work + 45 minutes for meals * Schedule: Work 6 days and rest 1 day (rotating rest day according to shift) * Profit-sharing bonus * Career development opportunity in security **Responsibilities:** * Supervise surveillance personnel during their assigned shift. * Verify adherence to scheduled shifts, patrol routes, and assigned posts. * Control entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods. * Report anomalies, incidents, or irregular situations to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with basic security standards. * Verify proper use of uniforms and safety equipment. * Maintain simple records of attendance, occurrences, and updates. * Maintain order and discipline on duty.
