Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with experience in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems to ensure workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations. 2. Manage field safety documentation. 3. Conduct safety talks and verify the use of PPE. **TODO CLIMA PERÚ S.A.C.**, a company specialized in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, is seeking a highly committed **SSOMA Supervisor** with solid industry experience. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **02 years** of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, verified by employment certificates. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * SSOMA diploma (not mandatory). * Valid training in **Work at Heights (minimum 8 hours)** – Mandatory. * Experience managing documentation and preparing **Safety Dossiers** according to client requirements. *(Corresponding certificate evidence will be requested.) **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel during preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Manage and implement field safety documentation: ATS, harness inspection, tool inspection, PETAR for work at heights, scaffolding and ladder inspection. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of each shift. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and correct use of PPE. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Proactivity, organization, and accountability. **Working Conditions:** * **Start date:** February 26 to March 10. * **Payment method:** Honorarium receipt. * **Work location:** Cineplanet – Tacna.
