Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate SSOMA Supervisor focused on prevention, to lead and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a zero-accidents culture. At **Enerlab**, we are looking for a technical leader with strong management capabilities to ensure the integrity of our team and excellence in our processes. **Your Challenge:** Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a "Zero Accidents" culture. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Management:** Design and implement procedures; update the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, the **IPERC** matrix, and risk maps. * **Operational Monitoring:** Supervise critical tasks; conduct inspections of PPE and emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, first-aid kits). * **Culture and Training:** Deliver 5-minute safety talks, emergency drills, and technical training programs on the Management System. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Generate legally mandated records and track minutes of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * **Auditing and Improvement:** Control records (ATS) and follow up on corrective actions for non-conforming work. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or Occupational Safety. (Professional registration preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years leading SSOMA areas. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Solid understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 45001:2018\. * **Specialization:** Studies in Occupational Safety and Health, Sexual Harassment Policies, and Pay Equity. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel. * **Bonus:** Class A1 driver's license\. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one (REMYPE regime — Small Enterprise). * All statutory benefits corresponding to this regime. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * A pleasant work environment and leadership opportunities.
