




Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate SSOMA Supervisor committed to occupational safety and health, with operational experience to manage safety, health, and environmental programs and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system. 2. Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and waste control at the plant. 3. Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Additional Training: Industrial Safety Engineering specialization in Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health Management. Experience: Minimum 1 year in plant or operational roles after obtaining bachelor's degree. Responsibilities: \- Develop and monitor SSOMA programs and plans. \- Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Control waste and environmental aspects. \- Work on, implement, and update the company's and ongoing projects' Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system. \- Respond promptly to SUNAFIL requirements regarding safety, health, prevention, and harassment sanctions. * Supervise critical tasks / hazardous work. * Ensure plants are equipped with appropriate means and equipment. * Participate in unannounced and scheduled inspections. * Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses. * Develop occupational safety and health procedures. * Prepare reports, statistics, and performance reports on occupational safety and health. \- Supervise work areas and ensure proper execution of procedures by staff before, during, and after daily activities, safeguarding their well-being, personal health, and environmental protection. \- Ensure correct implementation of applicable procedures, standards, codes, and rules for assigned tasks. \- Address suggestions, recommendations, or complaints from subordinates regarding Occupational Safety and Health. \- Prepare periodic reports on activities performed and submit them to the Head of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
