Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Supervisor for a Security and Prevention company, responsible for supervising services, personnel, compliance with security systems, and report management. Being part of a growing company with a clear career path We are a Security and Prevention company; therefore, we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under responsibility; communication at all levels with clients. * Verification of compliance with security systems at each assigned unit; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Development of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for the service. * Preparation of reports and/or incident reports. * Preparation of the vehicle status report for assigned mobility. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical diploma from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum two years’ experience in personnel supervision within the security field. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver’s license: Category A1 (cars) and/or BIIC (motorcycles). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly salary payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career advancement opportunities.
