Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise daily activities at the construction site, coordinate progress, ensure safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily activity development at the construction site 2. Establish and ensure compliance with safety standards 3. Actively participate in continuous improvement * Supervise daily activity development with permanent on-site presence where equipment/machinery is located. * Continuously coordinate daily progress (daily submission of reports). * Establish and ensure adherence to safety standards during work execution. * Maintain formal and open communication with operators. * Actively participate in the organization's continuous improvement process. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related fields; junior engineer. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions within the mining sector or other industries. * Availability to work under atypical employment arrangements. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,400.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Experience: * More than 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
