




Position Summary: Administrative and commercial management of surgical conversion, including receipt of orders, budget preparation, warranty tracking, and coordination of surgical appointments. Management of administrative procedures and budget tracking **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Ensure timely execution of established procedures for the administrative and commercial management of surgical conversion. 1\. Receipt, handling, and control of medical orders for the assigned specialty per site. 2\. Entry of budget requests and guarantee letters via BAW (internal system). 3\. Request and submit relevant information (medical justification) to the Budget and CG departments regarding surgeries and/or materials to be used. 4\. Track guarantee letters and budgets; raise observations within 48 hours of notification regarding an observed guarantee letter. 5\. Confirm patient acceptance response within 3 to 5 days after sending the budget/guarantee letter. 6\. Coordinate the surgery date and corresponding operating room scheduling as required. 7\. Manage cancellations and rescheduling with respective responsible parties (SOP and physician, via email). 8\. Schedule preoperative appointments and provide surgery recommendations as instructed by the physician. 9\. Maintain daily follow-up records in the prescribed format according to established procedures. 10\. Recover cancelled and rescheduled surgeries. 11\. Close the case in BAW and the follow-up platform. 12\. Continuous communication with the assigned specialist physician, budget and guarantee letter executive, hospitalization and admission departments, and operating room scheduler — all focused on surgical workflow. 12\.
