Technical Support and Data Management: Support database administration, ensuring data integrity and availability. Develop custom queries and reports for various organizational departments. Infrastructure and Asset Management: Oversee the receipt, custody, and efficient distribution of IT equipment. Track software license and digital asset inventories via up-to-date records. Configure workstations and ensure proper local network functionality. Execute and verify backups according to information security policies. Manage user access to corporate platforms and shared resources. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or current student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or programming roles.
