Active participation in training on safety and environmental management **We are hiring for our team!** At **Green Fields Company**, a company operating in Jesús María, we are looking for a technician who meets the following profile: **Work Mode**: On-site **Availability**: Full-time **Location**: Jesús María – Lima **✅ Job Requirements:** * Student pursuing **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering**, or related technical programs (**SENATI technicians**). * Basic knowledge or experience in **operational and quality management**. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **document management and monitoring of the Quality Management System**. * Execution of **field operational activities**, including planning and task control. * Monitoring of **quality and safety indicators**, as well as identification of improvement opportunities. * Active participation in training on **safety and environmental management**. **We seek individuals with:** * Proactivity, organization, and commitment. * Ability to work in teams and communicate clearly. * Capacity to solve problems in the field and achieve goals.
