General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure and equipment, respond to incidents, and ensure proper use of tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive infrastructure and equipment maintenance 2. Maintenance management of air conditioning, swimming pools, and facilities 3. Activity reporting and compliance with safety regulations WE ARE SEEKING STAFF: PROFILE: General Maintenance Technician QUANTITY: 01 person. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Multi-skilled Technician or in infrastructure maintenance. * Technical studies in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of air conditioning, swimming pool, electrical, sanitary, and building maintenance. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools, as well as knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, pump and filter operation, recirculation systems, and basic chemical parameter control. * Perform electrical maintenance on panels, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, conduits, and other low-voltage installations. * Perform maintenance and repair of sanitary installations, including water and drainage networks, faucets, sanitary ware, water pumps, and leak detection. * Perform building maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, masonry, drywall, carpentry, locksmithing, and other minor repairs. * Promptly respond to maintenance requests and incidents from various departments. * Prepare reports of performed activities and ensure proper use and preservation of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Comply with internal procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical studies in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields (preferred). Salary: S/.965.20 - S/.2,930.23 per month Work Location: On-site employment
