Job Summary: We are seeking an electrician or related technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose failures, and maintain HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems. 2. Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures. 3. Inspect and maintain electrical panels and components. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical technician, industrial electrotechnology, or related field. * Proven experience in electrical installations. * Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred). * Knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred). * Availability to work under the mining regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. * Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures in HVAC systems. * Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical panels, wiring, contactors, relays, and protection devices. * Verify proper equipment operation and measure operational parameters. * Perform technical cleaning of components, filters, coils, and system units. * Adjust, lubricate, and calibrate parts to ensure proper equipment performance. * Detect and correct leaks, faulty connections, or electrical supply issues. * Carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with current policies, procedures, and regulations. * Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and develop action, maintenance, and/or improvement plans. * Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation for air conditioning equipment. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract and statutory benefits. * Contact us by mobile: 955016574 \- 934890652 Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
