Opportunity to gain experience in telecommunications We are looking for support staff to join our preventive maintenance crew for telephone stations (Claro) in the city of Cusco. The work is operational, straightforward, and for a fixed duration of one month. You will work side-by-side with an experienced technician who will guide you through all tasks. **What will you do with us?** * Perform dust cleaning and basic maintenance at telecommunications sites and poles. * Complete digital reports and forms via the company's application. * Provide general assistance to the crew’s lead technician. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1,500.00 monthly (subject to evaluation based on experience). Payment method: Receipt for Services (RxH). * Duration: Temporary contract for the campaign (approx. 1 month). * Safety: SCTR and insurance policy provided from day one. * Schedule and Targets: Days: Monday to Saturday. * Flexibility: No rigid schedule; daily targets must be met (e.g., 2 sites or 4 poles per day). * Efficiency: If you start early and meet your daily targets, your shift ends early (even before 6:00 pm). Each maintenance task takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the location. **Requirements:** * Reside in Cusco. * Proactive, punctual person with immediate availability. * Basic proficiency in mobile applications (for completing forms). * No prior experience required (we will train you), but basic knowledge of maintenance, electronics, or electrical systems is preferred.
