Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to oversee technical direction and architecture, participate in development, mentor the team, and align solutions with business objectives. We are currently seeking a **Technical Leader**. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the **technical direction and architecture** of mobile, web, and AI components. * Actively participate in development and programming, directly contributing to critical areas such as **backend, mobile, or AI integration**, rather than focusing solely on management. * **Mentor and guide** the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality. * Collaborate closely with the **Product Manager** to align technical solutions with business objectives. * Lead **technical decision-making** and address complex challenges. * Foster collaboration within the team. * Conduct **code reviews** to ensure high-quality standards. **Requirements:** * **Advanced English proficiency** * Extensive experience in **software development** (preferably **7\+ years**, but not mandatory), with experience in **technical leadership** (preferably **2\+ years**, but not mandatory). * Proficiency in **Java, React, mobile development (Android/iOS), or AI integration**. * Solid knowledge of **AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices**. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** and version control (e.g., **Git**). * Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**. * Demonstrated ability to balance **active programming with leadership responsibilities**. Experience in **AI integration** or tools such as **Roboflow**, in **high-growth startup environments**, and knowledge of **microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions** are considered a plus. ***Immediate availability*** **Position Details:** * **Employment Type**: Full-time. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM — 100% In-person. * **Work Location**: Surco (El Trigal Shopping Center).
