Job Summary: Moventi is seeking a Technical Leader to lead teams, make architectural decisions, manage risks, ensure good practices, and provide support on digital transformation projects. Ensure good development practices and quality We are Moventi, a LATAM digital transformation consultancy with over 250 projects delivered, connecting digital talent with clients in banking and finance, insurance, education, consumer goods, and more. We are currently looking for a **Technical Leader** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the team technically and make architectural decisions * Manage technical risks and unblock impediments * Ensure good development practices and quality * Provide support on critical project topics **Key Requirements:** * **+4 years of experience as a Technical Leader** (preferably in banking or financial sector) * **Cloud experience (AWS and Azure)** and **On-Premise** environments * **Container expertise:** Docker, Kubernetes (HPA, RBAC, Stateful) * **Experience leading CI/CD** and optimizing the development lifecycle **Technical Experience:** * Development in: Java, .NET, Angular, Node.js, React, React Native, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift) * Repository management with Git (branching, merge, PR, code review) * Experience leading **middleware** projects * **Desirable:** SDLC with AI focus, OWASP Security, PCI-DSS **Additional Details:** * Work mode: Hybrid (San Isidro) * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Corporate benefits * Participation in financial sector projects If this posting closes, please send your CV to **seleccion@moventiglobal.com** Subject: *Technical Leader* \+ salary expectations Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have leading teams in this role? * What experience do you have working with AWS and/or Azure in production environments?
