




Job Summary: Provide comprehensive technical support to users, resolving software and hardware issues, configuring devices, and delivering technical services for equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. User technical support for software and hardware issues 2. Printer and peripheral configuration 3. Technical services and repair of computers and mobile devices Knowledge of systems and/or related fields. * Provide user support when software and/or hardware issues arise. * Resolve minor technical issues occurring with computers. * Configure printers and hardware devices and other peripherals. * Deliver technical services for equipment, as requested by users or in case of failure. * Disassemble computers and/or mobile devices. * Solder charging bases and other components (soldering and electronic component knowledge required). * Install operating systems. * **Help desk office.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
