Positive work environment **Level 1 Technical Support – Surquillo (On-site)** **Location:** Surquillo – Los Halcones Street 102 **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Description** We are looking for a **Level 1 Technical Support** specialist, focused on delivering basic technical assistance and support, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide basic technical support to users. * Manage and track support tickets. * Configure equipment and perform basic installations. * Conduct equipment inventory control and management. * Assist in resolving first-level technical incidents. **Requirements** * Experience in technical support (entry-level). * Knowledge of **Windows**. * Basic knowledge of **networking**. * User-oriented service skills and problem-solving ability. **Working Conditions** * Work Modality: On-site * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday and Sundays * **10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** **Compensation and Benefits** * Base Salary: **S/ 1,200** * Variable Bonus: **S/ 300** **Important:** The variable bonus is subject to performance indicators and individual performance. * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll** **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for development in the technical support area. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
