We are looking for an Infrastructure and Computing Technical Support Specialist for an on-site service at one of our construction-sector clients’ offices, for a period of 17 days. The objective is to address incidents and ensure the operational continuity of IT equipment and services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Address incidents related to laptops and desktops (hardware and basic software: Windows, Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Project). * Provide support in multimedia rooms (projector power-on, laptop connection, videoconferencing). * Perform basic configuration of printers and IP phones. * Contact specialists for server-related incidents. * Create users in corporate systems (email, ERP Oracle/Concar, Adryan, among others). * Configure access to File Server and VPN connection (FortiClient). * Provide basic induction to end users on tool usage. * Verify backup status on workstations (DLO) and servers (VEEAM). * Download emails from Office 365 cloud. * Perform maintenance on 10 computing devices (desktops). * Monitor critical systems (infrastructure, networks, communication services). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in on-site technical support. * Knowledge of hardware, basic software, networking, and user administration. **We Offer:** * Location: Av.
