Fieldwork supervision and team coordination **Position Profile: Field and Office Engineer** **Requirements:** * Graduated Engineer (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields) * Licensed professional (desirable) * 2\-3 years of experience in technical projects * Ability to perform design, quantity take-off, and budgeting * Experience preparing technical files in the relevant specialty * Knowledge of: CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Optical Fiber, Fire Alarm Systems, Video Walls * Experience supervising fieldwork and coordinating teams **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of field installations * Preparation of technical reports and specialty-related files * Project design, quantity take-off, and budgeting * Coordination with suppliers and technical staff * Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations **Benefits:** * Competitive salary: S/ 3,000 – S/ 3,500 \+ bonuses * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system * Participation in innovative and challenging projects * Professional growth opportunities * Hybrid work model: office and field **Contact:** Send CV to: recursoshumanos@zhcorp.com.pe indicating immediate availability.
