Promotion of child development across multiple domains **Join the Crecemos Comprehensive Therapy Center team as a Sensory Integration Therapist!** **Crecemos Comprehensive Therapy Center – Comas, Lima** **Primary Responsibility** Deliver sensory integration sessions to children with sensory processing disorders and neurodevelopmental difficulties, promoting their active participation in daily living activities, learning, and play through personalized interventions and coordinated collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. **Responsibilities** * Plan and implement sensory integration sessions according to each child’s individual needs. * Design activities targeting sensory regulation, attention, coordination, balance, motor planning, and autonomy. * Develop therapeutic materials and adapt resources based on intervention objectives. * Document patient progress in the institutional system. * Prepare progress reports when required. * Guide parents and caregivers on strategies to support sensory regulation at home and in school settings. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Speech Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education departments to ensure comprehensive care. * Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and academic activities organized by the center. * Maintain order and proper use of materials and equipment in the Sensory Integration room. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree, licentiate degree, or graduate in **Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Psychology, Physical Therapy, or another field related to child development**. * **Training, education, or certification in Sensory Integration** (mandatory). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience working with children. * Preferred experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. * Knowledge of sensory regulation, motor planning, psychomotor development, and pediatric intervention strategies. * Creativity, empathy, responsibility, and dedication to working with children and their families. * Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary setting. **Working Hours** * **Monday–Friday:** 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Financial bonus in July and December. * Non-working holidays. * Professional training and continuous development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. **Application** **Send your CV to:** **rrhh@crecemos.com.pe** **At Crecemos Comprehensive Therapy Center, we seek professionals committed to child development who wish to join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to our patients’ well-being through warm, ethical, and high-quality care.
