Main Responsibilities: \- Knowledge of dining hall and camp inspections \- Development and implementation of welfare plans \- Knowledge of food valuation and hospitality \- Administrative procedures for SCTR, subsidies, and medical leaves \- Execution of civic activities and those specific to the institution Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree and active professional license. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Assistant or Social Worker in the mining sector \- Residency in Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, or Juliaca \- Willingness to travel Benefits: \- Competitive market-based salary \- Full benefits \- 100% covered accommodation and meals \- 20x10 work schedule Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
