




Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant for a leading automotive parts company, responsible for document control, expenditure recording, and bank reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Career advancement opportunity A leading retail company in automotive parts is currently seeking talent for the position of TREASURY ASSISTANT at our office located at Av. Arboleda 115\-Ate (in front of the security booth), with full-time working hours. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Accounting or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounting or Treasury roles. * Basic knowledge of administrative and/or accounting systems (CONCAR preferred). * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to work under pressure, with organization and attention to detail. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays on a rotating schedule between 8 AM to 6 PM (3 hours of work). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Document control and filing (invoices, promissory notes, receipts, and others). * Recording and payment of expenditures in the CONCAR system. * Management of promissory note exchanges. * Confirmation, verification, and reconciliation of bank deposits. * Preparation of expenditure reports. * Other administrative duties assigned by the Treasury Department Head. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from the first day of employment (CTS, bonus, profit sharing, insurance, family allowance, etc.) * Competitive salary. * Career advancement opportunity.
