At **Academias IACEM**, we are looking for a proactive **Classroom Tutor / Academic Mentor** for our branch in **Villa El Salvador**. Your primary mission will be to accompany, motivate, and supervise students aiming to enter highly competitive national universities such as the **UNMSM** and the **UNTELS**. **Available Work Schedules** *(We offer two fixed shifts from Monday to Saturday)* * **Morning Shift:** 7:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift:** 3:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * *(Please indicate your shift availability when applying).* **Main Responsibilities** * **Classroom Management and Order:** Strictly monitor student entry, punctuality, attendance, and discipline in the classroom at the start and throughout each shift. * **Guidance and Motivation:** Provide constant emotional support to students facing the pressure of pre-university preparation and admission exams. * **Mock Exam Supervision:** Organize and oversee weekly admission-style exams (timing control, answer sheet completion, and plagiarism prevention). * **Academic Monitoring:** Analyze your classroom’s grade rankings to identify performance declines and coordinate reinforcement tutoring sessions with instructors. * **Parent Communication:** Timely reporting of absences, tardiness, grades, and detailed progress reports on applicants. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Students in their final semesters, graduates, or bachelor’s degree holders in university or technical programs. * **Residence:** Must reside in Southern Lima (Villa El Salvador, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa María del Triunfo, Lurín, or Chorrillos). * **Experience:** Not mandatory. * **Knowledge:** Understanding of the admission system and area weightings used by the **UNMSM**, as well as professional programs offered by the **UNTELS**. * **Skills:** Assertive leadership, excellent management of large adolescent groups, empathy, and high stress tolerance. **Benefits and Conditions** * **Location:** In-person branch in **Villa El Salvador** (Revolución Branch, UNTELS Branch). * **Salary:** S/ 1000 \- S/1200 * **Benefits:** Timely payments, continuous tutoring training, and an excellent working environment.
