We are now looking to add the following role to our team: **CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AGENT – IMPORTS** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** A responsible, proactive, organized professional with attention to detail, who values teamwork and regulatory compliance in every operation. **Requirements** * Graduate, technical diploma holder, or bachelor’s degree in **International Trade, International Business, or Administration**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** as an Import Clearance Agent. * Solid knowledge of: * Customs regulations (customs regimes, Customs Law and Regulations). * Tariff classification and customs valuation. * International treaties and agreements (especially the **Peru–China FTA**). * Proficiency in the **SINTAD system** (mandatory). * Availability for **full-time on-site work in Callao**. * Residence in Callao or nearby areas. * **Immediate availability**. **Responsibilities** * Submission and issuance of **Customs Declarations for Goods (DAM)**. * Correct application of **Customs Valuation** regulations. * Tariff classification of goods. * Review of supporting documentation for the application of **trade agreements and international treaties**. * Verification of applicable restrictions and controls on goods.
