Opportunity for career progression A commercial and distribution company specializing in construction materials—with over **84 years of presence in the Peruvian market**—is currently looking for a **Counter Salesperson** to join its sales team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise customers regarding the company’s products and services. * Provide commercial information and conduct follow-up until sales are finalized. * Prepare quotations. * Register orders and sales in authorized systems. * Verify correct entry of information for order processing and dispatch. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * **Mandatory experience in counter sales**. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to interact effectively with customers. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary \+ bonus * Formal employment registration (payroll inclusion) * All statutory social benefits (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, family allowance, if applicable) * Performance-based sales bonus * Ongoing training * Corporate agreements * Opportunity for career progression Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
