Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional with a service-oriented mindset to manage appointments, respond to inquiries, sell products, and handle cash operations in a service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Friendly and efficient customer service 2. Appointment scheduling and medical coordination 3. Cash handling and system registration We are looking for a professional who will integrate into our team with a strong service vocation and excellent disposition for customer interaction. **Requirements:** · Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. · Experience in customer service or reception roles within service-based companies. · Experience in cash handling. · Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. · Strong communication skills and appropriate personal presentation. **Responsibilities:** · Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. · Schedule appointments and coordinate with veterinarians. · Respond to messages and inquiries via WhatsApp. · Sell products at the Pet Shop. · Cash handling: collection, daily cash reconciliation, and system registration. **We Offer:** · Compensation: S/ 1,500\. Performance-based salary increase possible. · Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. · Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1 rest day). · Work location: Surco. · Positive work environment.
