




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced restaurant host with expertise in customer service, order handling, cleaning, and team coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and ongoing training **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Valid food handler’s certificate and national ID (DNI). * Must reside in areas adjacent to the San Borja district. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers with a warm and personalized welcome, adhering to the hospitality script. * Present the menu and daily promotions, adapting to customer preferences, and clarifying questions regarding ingredients or dish preparation. Maintain in-depth menu knowledge. * Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all details—including protein preferences and side dishes—are correct. * Provide attentive service throughout the entire customer experience, anticipating needs, verifying satisfaction, and resolving any issues. * Coordinate with the cashier area to ensure accurate billing that reflects actual customer consumption. * Maintain an immaculate dining area, including tableware, floors, tables, façade, and restrooms. Ensure the environment is consistently clean and organized to deliver an enjoyable customer experience. * Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as part of daily or weekly responsibilities, ensuring all restaurant equipment and areas remain in good condition. * Uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation in the dining area and for takeout orders (to-go orders).
