Key role in controlling and safeguarding restaurant supplies. **JOIN THE AL ASADOR TEAM!** At **Al Asador Restaurant**, located in **San Borja**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor**. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of **1 year** of warehouse experience, preferably in restaurants or foodservice-related businesses. * A **responsible, organized, honest, and committed** individual with a strong sense of accountability from day one. * Integrity, orderliness, and careful handling of restaurant products and supplies. * Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to contribute improvement ideas. * Ability to work with organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Availability for full-time employment. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and storing merchandise. * Recording incoming and outgoing items in the system. * Timely restocking of various restaurant departments. * Conducting weekly inventories and assisting with purchase order preparation. * Checking product condition, quality, rotation, and expiration dates. * Making timely purchases of supplies at supermarkets or nearby stores when operations require it or urgent needs arise. * Keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and properly organized. * Adhering to internal procedures while ensuring proper control and care of restaurant supplies. **We Offer** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Statutory social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, and insurance). * Compensation: **S/ 1,800 monthly**. * Working hours: **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * **One weekly day off (Thursday).** **If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, please send us your CV along with a recent photograph.
