




Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing and controlling the physical warehouse inventory, as well as organizing and archiving import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensures accuracy of records and customs compliance. **Warehouse and Inventory Assistant / Import Documentation Control** **Job Objective:** To ensure proper management and control of the physical warehouse inventory, as well as to organize, verify, and archive documentation related to import processes, guaranteeing record accuracy, traceability, and compliance with administrative and customs procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** **Inventory Control** * Conduct periodic and comprehensive physical counts of goods. * Compare physical stock levels against system records. * Identify and report discrepancies, losses, or incidents. * Properly label, classify, and arrange products. **Import Documentation Management** * Receive, review, and organize import documents (invoices, customs declarations, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.). * Archive documentation physically and digitally. * Update databases and files. * Verify completeness and correctness of documentation. * Support internal audits and customs reviews. * Safeguard confidential information in accordance with internal policies. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma or administrative/logistics technical degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, inventory, or document control. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or ERP/inventory systems. * Basic knowledge of import documentation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. **Competencies:** * Orderliness and precision * Teamwork * Integrity * Time management * Numerical analysis ability Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
