




Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse clerk to provide administrative and operational support for warehouse activities, including recording, receiving, inventory management, and dispatching of merchandise. Benefits: * Formal employment registration * Statutory life insurance * 12 monthly salaries + 02 bonuses + CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) + 30 days of vacation * Bi-weekly or monthly payments Requirements: * Technical and/or higher education in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Experience managing warehouse or inventory operations (receiving, storage, dispatch, procurement, etc.). * Familiarity with warehouse KPIs in logistics management. * Knowledge of good warehousing practices. * Experience using an ERP system for warehouse management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables and formulas). * Age: 25 to 50 years old * Minimum experience: (1) year * Must reside in Huaral or nearby areas * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and operational support (receiving, storage, order preparation, inventory, and dispatch) * Record merchandise inflows and outflows in the information system, physically verifying the merchandise. * Perform receipt and checklist verification of documentation provided by the client based on received and dispatched merchandise. * Assign locations to merchandise according to criteria such as product type, batch, expiration date, etc. * Verify and reconcile physical merchandise inventories against system data (cyclic, monthly, and full audits). * Perform picking and/or generate picking lists based on customer orders, coordinating with relevant parties for subsequent scheduling and dispatch.
