Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and supplying raw materials, ensuring quality, food safety, and traceability, as well as weighing formulations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and supplying raw materials, packaging materials, and production inputs, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and traceability specifications. Also responsible for weighing formulations according to established production orders. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouses of food manufacturing industries. * Experience in dosing or weighing raw materials for food production processes. * Proven experience in receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials and production inputs. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and traceability. * Proficiency in maintaining warehouse and inventory records. * Basic or intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience with inventory control systems is desirable. * Willingness to work onsite at the plant. **Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, production inputs, and packaging materials. * Monitor physical and documentary inventory levels in the warehouse. * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Weigh raw materials according to approved formulations. * Timely supply of production requirements based on daily needs. * Verify expiration dates, lot numbers, and storage conditions. * Maintain traceability of materials used in production. * Participate in periodic inventory counts. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and GMP compliance in warehouse areas. * Report deviations, shortages, or incidents related to inventory or raw materials. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and integrity. * Teamwork. * Adherence to procedures. * Ability to work under pressure. **Schedule** Monday to Saturday Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.0\.10 per month Work location: On-site employment
