Teamwork and proactivity **Job Description** At **Grupo Coinp**, a leading Peruvian company in electrical solutions, we are looking to incorporate top talent into our team for the position of **Warehouse Operator**, with experience in warehouse management, organization, and inventory control. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics. * Basic knowledge of inventory management. * ERP system experience preferred (training will be provided). * Organized, responsible, and proactive. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Material receipt: receiving, unloading, verifying, and supervising incoming warehouse products. * ERP system registration and operation. * Storage: organizing and placing products safely and efficiently. * Order preparation: picking, packing, and dispatching products. * Inventory control: conducting physical counts and stock validation. * Asset protection: ensuring proper storage and care of products. * Maintenance: maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. * Supporting other operational functions as directed by the supervisor. **Benefits:** * Salary: **S/1,500\.00 per month**. * Bi-weekly payments (15th and 30th of each month). * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits (MYPE regime). * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the company. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.) * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Location:** * Cercado de Lima **About Grupo Coinp S.A.C.:** Grupo Coinp S.A.C. is an electrical sector company that began operations in 2012\.
