Inspecting and polishing joints to eliminate imperfections **JUNIOR WELDER \- METROPOLITAN LIMA** **IDELCOM S.A.C.** is seeking a **Junior Welder** to join our team. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in design and fabrication of all types of metal structures. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to project requirements. **Responsibilities** * Cleaning, cutting, and beveling metal parts prior to joining. * Joining metal components in different positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead—ensuring proper penetration. * Visually inspecting finished welds, removing slag, and polishing joints to eliminate imperfections. * Cleaning and maintaining assigned welding machines, torches, and tools to ensure proper operation. **Working Conditions** * Compensation: S/ 2,500 per month. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * Work location: Metropolitan Lima. * Reference schedule: rotating and subject to project needs—Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * If operational needs require, work may include Sundays, holidays, and overtime.
