Positive work environment and opportunities for growth At **PKC Technology**, a specialized technical service and authorized LG service center in Lima, we are looking to hire a **White Goods Technician** with experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of household appliances. The role involves on-site technical services and workshop repairs, primarily for **washing machines, washer-dryers, refrigerators, and other white goods**. Responsibilities * Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in white goods equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Repair washing machines, washer-dryers, refrigerators, and related equipment. * Test components using multimeters and diagnostic tools. * Conduct repairs and functional testing at customers' homes and in the workshop as required. * Record diagnoses, repairs, replacement parts used, and service outcomes. * Clearly inform customers about identified faults and work performed. * Adhere to company-established technical procedures and service standards. Requirements * Experience in repair and maintenance of white goods equipment. * Knowledge of electricity and electronics applied to household appliances. * Ability to diagnose faults and accurately determine necessary repairs. * Availability to provide services across various districts of Lima and Callao. * Responsibility, punctuality, and courteous customer interaction. **Experience with washing machines, washer-dryers, refrigerators, Inverter systems, and LG or multi-brand equipment will be valued.** We Offer * Stable employment and benefits in accordance with local law. * Technical training on procedures and equipment of the brands serviced. * Access to technical documentation, diagnostic tools, and service procedures. * Operational base and technical laboratory located in San Miguel. * Positive work environment and opportunities for advancement within the technical department. **Work Location:** San Miguel **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Competitive remuneration.
