Responsibilities for the ***pre-professional internship – COMMERCIAL SALES*** position: * **Advise customers on products sold via social media**. * **Timely response to messages and comments on social media**. * Proactively resolve customer issues and answer questions. * Manage the entire sales cycle: customer service, follow-up, and closing. * Coordinate with the logistics team for order delivery. * Validate and record payments. * Monitor and track cases.
