Proposes continuous improvements and commercial strategies to increase conversion. **Job Description** ---------------------- Configures and manages the artificial intelligence agent's DNA, ensuring agent accuracy regarding product information. Tracks conversion metrics and performance of leads managed by AI, analyzing and monitoring the full funnel. Monitors the AI Agent's interactions daily, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities: * Daily review of automated quality analyses, accessing and examining conversations flagged by the system. * Daily random sampling of at least 20 conversations, cross-referencing findings with those reported in the automated report. Validates the quality and accuracy of information delivered by the AI using official program documentation as reference. Supervises and updates the platform's knowledge base, ensuring correct configuration of: * Conversational flows * Customer service protocols * Classification signals and criteria * Commercial and operational information * Conducts ongoing analysis tracking: * Qualitative analyses * Quantitative analyses * QA (Quality Assurance) Manages and tracks the logging of observations: o Proper recording of case scenarios o Validation of fixes implemented by Conversia o Visual evidence (screenshots) o Traceability of implemented changes Verifies, via management tools, the correct assignment and receipt of leads originating from Conversia by the commercial team.
