Introduction
We are looking for an Analyst, Resourcing Services to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing an effective and high-quality recruitment and selection process for temporary staff across different field services and projects, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, internal standards, and HR function policies.
You will report to the Coordinator, Resourcing Operations
This position is based in Lima, Vulcano Office
Team You Will Join
You will join a team of Human Resources professionals specialized in recruitment and selection.
Our team plays a key role in ensuring timely coverage of staffing requirements for various field services and projects while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
We work closely with various company departments, service supervisors, Personnel Administration, and the accreditation team.

What You Will Do
Validate temporary staff profiles according to established guidelines and approved job descriptions.
Conduct staff recruitment through various channels and sources validated by the company.
Screen CVs against required profiles and confirm availability of both recurring and new staff for various services.
Coordinate technical interviews with supervisors and ensure evaluation of candidates’ technical knowledge and competencies using company tools.
Prepare candidate files for selected candidates and deliver relevant information to Personnel Administration and the accreditation team.
Maintain communication with the accreditation team to ensure fulfillment of staffing requirements for each service.
Generate selection reports for each completed requirement and keep the internal recruitment database up to date.
Comply with Compliance processes, corporate personnel systems, and policies and procedures of management systems.
What We Expect From You
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in this role or performing similar functions within industrial or mining services companies.
Knowledge of psychological assessments applied to mass recruitment processes.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Basic or higher English proficiency.
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, results orientation, initiative, and proactivity.
Knowledge of the market/sector and Human Resources processes (desirable).
