We seek a proactive, organized individual with an interest in developing expertise in architecture and project management, providing support in preparing architectural drawings, quantity take-offs, proposals, and technical documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and update architectural drawings. * Support quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and documentation for budgeting. * Participate in the development of architectural proposals. * Prepare presentations and graphic materials for projects. * Coordinate technical information with the commercial and budgeting departments. * Participate in technical site visits and field data collection. * Maintain organized and up-to-date drawings, files, and documents for each project. * Support tracking of proposals and ongoing projects. **REQUIREMENTS** * Architecture students in final semesters, recent graduates, or bachelor’s degree holders. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or rendering software is desirable. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. **BENEFITS** * Participation in real-world projects. * Learning in drawings, quantity take-offs, and budgeting. * Development of experience in technical site visits and proposals. * Opportunities for growth based on performance.
