Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Global Software for the new Core Banking system. Key Highlights: 1. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** * Leads end-to-end implementation (analysis, deployment, testing, certification, and production launch) in the country for the Global Software related to the new Core Banking system "Alpha". * Leads coordination with Holding teams in Spain and Mexico to ensure correct implementation of the new Global Core Banking modules. * Coordinates with local teams for deployment, non-impact testing, change management, and monitoring of production components. * Conducts proof-of-concept tests and training sessions on disruptive technologies to accelerate internal processes related to the bank's software lifecycle. * Monitors and manages incidents & problems of deployed core banking components, as well as collaborates with final monitoring teams (Reliability). * Participates in the Solutions Architect Committee to ensure proper reuse of new core banking components across the bank's business projects. * Delivers training to various bank units & departments to promote adoption, standards, and the roadmap of the new Core Banking system "Alpha". * Performs other duties assigned by the leader to drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Backend development experience using Java and Spring. * Experience in data processing with Python, Scala, and Apache Spark. * Knowledge of modern architectures and best development practices (microservices, system integration, API management). * Knowledge of designing and implementing ETL processes for data integration, transformation, and batch processing. * Experience and/or familiarity with AWS cloud services (desirable). * AI proficiency. * Soft skills: Effective communication, ability to propose scalable, efficient, and business-oriented solutions. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
