Dynamic, young, and creative work environment At **Fighter Fit**, we are looking for an **In-Person Marketing Assistant** with attitude, responsibility, and passion for digital content. We seek someone proactive and passionate about **personal and professional growth**, eager to build industry experience and influence brand positioning. This position is aimed at students in their final semesters or recent graduates in **Communication, Marketing, or related fields**. You will work closely with the department head, supporting content creation and management, strategic campaigns, and internal initiatives. **Offer Details** * **Work Mode:** In-person. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (4–5 hours daily, adaptable according to daily tasks). * **Location:** Pueblo Libre or neighboring districts (preferred but not mandatory). **Key Responsibilities** * Support planning and execution of the social media content calendar. * Record and edit audiovisual material (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.). * Design quick graphic assets and visual adaptations. * Coordinate recording sessions and internal initiatives. * Perform basic tracking of metrics, post performance, and reporting. * Actively participate in creative sessions and campaign ideation. **Requirements** * Student in final semesters or graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience creating content or managing social media for a brand. * Intermediate proficiency in **Canva** and **CapCut**. * Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms. * Submission of a **Portfolio** (academic, personal, or professional work). * Commitment, proactivity, and eagerness to grow alongside the company. **Desirable:** * **Experience with and interest in AI tools** for process optimization (idea generation, scriptwriting, visual support, etc.). **What We Offer?** * **Growth Opportunity:** Space to enhance your professional profile and build a career path. * **Gym Membership:** Free access to facilities for training. * **Work Environment:** A dynamic, young, and highly creative setting. * **Real Learning:** Hands-on experience with an established brand. * **Flexibility:** Adaptability within the agreed schedule.
