Job Summary: AGL is seeking a Junior Process Analyst to support daily production scheduling and monitoring, inter-departmental coordination, and material control in the textile industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support daily production scheduling and monitoring. 2. Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and warehouse departments. 3. Support material, trim, and production stock control. AGL is a 100% Peruvian company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of workwear and industrial apparel. We are currently seeking a Junior Process Analyst. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Production, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of process analysis, continuous improvement tools, and quality management. * Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Advanced Excel, Power BI, or process modeling software is desirable. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Prior experience (internships or practical training) in manufacturing or garment companies is desirable but not mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Support daily production scheduling and monitoring. * Update progress and order fulfillment reports. * Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and warehouse departments. * Track production orders and delivery deadlines. * Support material, trim, and production stock control. * Prepare control charts and KPIs in Excel. * Report production-related incidents or delays. * Maintain organization and control of PCP department documentation. **Benefits:** \* General Payroll Regime \* Bi-weekly payments \* Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in production processes within the textile or garment industry? * Do you have knowledge of process improvement, time studies, or production control? * Have you previously prepared production reports or KPIs? * What is your expected salary and availability to start?
