If you have the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **BASE SPECIALIST** **EDUCATION** Vocational training in Maintenance, Engineering and/or Construction. **EXPERIENCE** Five (5\) years of experience managing construction activities, repairs, and facility maintenance. **ROLE – PURPOSE** Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services across all company facilities. Coordinate with the Infrastructure Analyst on the monthly maintenance Gantt chart as well as new construction projects contracted through external professionals and/or companies. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * undefined * Perform medium- and/or minor-level repairs within the Organization. * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the established work schedule. * Apply established safety and hygiene standards to ensure proper operation of facilities and organizational materials. * Conduct maintenance activities related to inspection, repair, conservation, and medium/minor modifications of facilities and physical company assets. * Maintain records of maintenance performed on facilities and company assets. * Assign tasks to personnel under supervision. * Report maintenance and repair activities to the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Know and apply procedures, instructions, and forms related to operations and developments, including those for SG\-SST. * Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. * Inform personnel when standards—including those for SG\-SST—are not met. * Actively participate in safety talks and/or awareness programs, including those related to SG\-SST. * Evaluate daily activities to ensure personal physical safety. * Inform personnel when SG\-SST standards are not met. * Propose necessary controls to perform work safely. * Report all incidents occurring in the area or workplace (injury-related accidents, near-misses, minor injuries). * Identify hazards associated with activities and corresponding control measures, ensuring their implementation. * Continuously monitor proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in work areas. * Verify that the work area is in good operating and hygienic condition. * Other duties not specifically listed, assigned at the employer’s or direct supervisor’s request. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin.
