You could be the next CL Backend Java Software Engineer. **Profile Description** Ensure that Team Members can carry out end-to-end software development processes in alignment with the Bank’s guidelines and enhance Team Members’ capabilities. **How Will You Make a Significant Impact?** * Ensure the use of best practices in developing various services and APIs for the product. * Promote the application of SOLID principles and design patterns to guarantee clean, maintainable, and robust code. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure features/changes meet business requirements and align with business strategy. * Drive evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the bank’s applications, ensuring they adapt to business changes and remain operational. * Ensure development of technological components achieving optimal availability levels. * Advise and support resolution of business needs focused on delivering the best user experience through integration components (APIs/microservices). * Promote and drive initiatives to improve COE metrics. **What Do We Need From You?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a team under your responsibility (mandatory). * Experience in Java programming language: 17\+ * Experience in reactive programming (mandatory: WebFlux/RxJava), JPA, Spring Boot, Reactor. * Experience in software development best practices: Code Review, TDD, BDD, Secure Programming, SonarQube, CAST, Mockito, Unit Testing, Lombok. * Design patterns (MVC, Circuit Breaker, Prototype, SAGA, Event-Driven, Cache-Aside, etc.). * Distributed version control systems: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket. * Knowledge of cloud platforms: Web Apps for Containers, Serverless Architecture, Cloud Native Architecture, Azure API Management, and Azure services including API Gateway, AKS, ACR, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Storage Account, Azure Key Vault. * Solid experience with Azure Cloud or other cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. * Experience with AI **Yes, we mean you.
