At Patty Bakery — a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience — we are looking for cheerful, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Multifunctional Customer Service Representatives at our Miraflores and San Isidro stores. We offer growth opportunities to lead teams and manage one of our branches. What will you do? * Provide warm in-store, delivery, and app-based customer service. * Process payments, perform cash reconciliation, and operate POS systems. * Restock and display our products in the showcase. * Prepare coffee and cold beverages. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and good operational practices. What we’re looking for in you: * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (restaurants, cafés, or bakeries). * Technical studies in pastry, gastronomy, restaurant management, or related fields; OR prior experience icing cakes. * Positive attitude, proactivity, honesty, and commitment. * Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you have previously served as a store manager or supervisor, we will value that experience for leadership roles within Patty.)
