Position Summary: We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Instructor specialized in Claude to deliver our in-person program. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to individuals without prior experience. **CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – IN-PERSON CLAUDE INSTRUCTOR FROM SCRATCH** We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Instructor **specialized in Claude to teach our in-person program "Claude From Scratch,"** designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and the general public. **Format** * In-person * Regular venues: Lince and Miraflores * Classes of approximately 20 students * 1 assistant assigned to support you **Schedule** * Typically on Saturdays * Class time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Instructors must arrive punctually 40 minutes before each session to prepare the classroom, verify equipment, and coordinate logistical matters. **Program Duration** * 2 in-person sessions * 3 hours per session * **Compensation is per session, ranging from S/.180.00 to S/.300.00**, depending on academic background and the applicant’s demonstrated teaching ability. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and verify all necessary equipment for training. * Coordinate with the classroom assistant and supervise operational activities prior to class commencement. * Deliver the course in a dynamic, practical, and results-oriented manner. * Address student inquiries in real time. * Guide participants during hands-on exercises. * Assist with issuing participation certificates. * Maintain a high-level learning experience for students. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience using Artificial Intelligence tools. * Practical proficiency in Claude. * Proficiency in using Claude for professional and business productivity. * Experience applying Claude for research, analysis, task automation, and process optimization. * Knowledge and experience in: * Claude Projects * Claude Code * Claude for assisted programming * Creating routines and workflows with Claude * Prompt Engineering (Optional) * Business use cases for AI * **Having developed real-world projects using Claude.** * **Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to individuals without prior experience.** **We Especially Value** * Exceptional presence and engagement when addressing groups. * Ability to teach clearly and simply. * Patience and empathy toward students of varying skill levels. * Energy, charisma, and a positive attitude. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Prior experience delivering training sessions or workshops. **Application Process** Selected candidates will undergo a practical presentation evaluation prior to the final interview.
