




Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to strategically manage institutional identity and image, ensuring clear and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage institutional identity and image through strategic content. 2. Plan and structure editorial calendars for digital platforms. 3. Write and optimize content, ensuring brand compliance. We are Peru's first bilingual university (Quechua and Spanish), the University for Andean Development (UDEA), founded in 1998 by the San Javier Association of Peru. Additionally, we are the first provincial university in Peru to obtain licensing from the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). We are looking for the best talent to join our team. **COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR** **Position Objective** Ensure consistency and positioning of institutional identity and image through strategic content management across digital and traditional channels, guaranteeing clear and effective communication. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar content management roles (e.g., Senior Communications Analyst, Senior Copywriter/Writer, Communications Coordinator, or equivalent). * Proven experience in writing web articles, developing social media content grids, and supervising corporate or institutional identity manuals. Experience in the education sector is desirable. * Proficiency in spelling, grammar, and adapting texts for different formats (institutional, commercial, and digital). * Knowledge of current platform dynamics, formats, and best practices (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). * Familiarity with applying and supervising brand guidelines and graphic standards. * Proficiency in web content management systems (CMS such as WordPress) and basic SEO knowledge for digital writing. * Experience managing editorial calendars and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira, or similar). **Responsibilities** * Plan and structure the monthly editorial calendar (content grid) for the institution’s various social media networks and digital platforms. * Write and optimize copy for posts, scripts for audiovisual formats, mass emails, and other communications. * Research and write articles, press releases, and news items for the institutional website or wherever required. * Supervise and ensure all graphic, audiovisual, and written materials strictly comply with the brand identity manual (use of logos, colors, fonts, and tone of voice, always aligned with context and university values). * Coordinate and guide the graphic design and audiovisual production teams to ensure aesthetic alignment with planned objectives. * Supervise and moderate community interaction in digital environments, ensuring responses maintain the appropriate institutional tone. * Monitor brand perception and reputation on external channels, identifying potential alerts or critical comments for timely reporting. * Coordinate with various organizational departments to gather key information, transform it into communicative content, and ensure internal and external messages remain consistent. * Support the execution of specific campaigns and launches coordinated by the Head of Communications, Marketing, and Sales.
