Job Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator responsible for strengthening the brand through creative and high-impact social media content, developing and executing content strategies. At **Carga Compartida**, we are looking to welcome a **Content Creator** to our team — someone responsible for strengthening our brand through creative, agile, and high-impact social media content. **Candidate Profile** * Graduate or current student in **Digital Marketing, Communications**, or related fields. * Proven experience in **social media management** and **short video production**. * Advanced proficiency in **CapCut Pro**. * Ability to produce **professionally styled and rhythmically engaging reels and stories**. * Confidence and natural presence **on camera**. * Skill in **creative writing** and effective use of **storytelling**. * Practical knowledge of **iPhone**, **wireless microphones**, and preferably **Sony Alpha cameras**. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and structure **creative scripts** for videos and posts. * **Record and edit content** both in-office and on-location. * Continuously create **reels, stories, and TikToks** aligned with the brand identity. * Manage and monitor the performance of **social media accounts**. * Participate in recordings and appear on camera as a **brand representative**. **Position Details** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Work Mode:** On-site (Surco). * **Salary:** S/1,600 – S/1,700\. * **Payroll enrollment** after the first three months, including all statutory benefits. **Benefits** * Excellent work environment and young team. * Opportunity for growth within a **constantly expanding company**. * Stable employment with career progression.
