Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, develop Big Data architectures and data processing pipelines, ensure data quality, and propose preventive solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. 2. Development of Big Data architecture and data pipelines. 3. Generation of interactive reports and dashboards. With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Our presence spans **Chile, Peru, and Colombia**, backed by extensive expertise in **installations and engineering**. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include** * Implementing Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning models to anticipate service failures and anomalies. + Proposing Big Data architecture for developing use cases defined by the department. + Developing pipelines to process extraction, transformation, and storage of large volumes of data in batch and real time. + Identifying recurring patterns in data to propose preventive solutions. + Generating interactive reports and dashboards according to specifications provided by your immediate supervisor. + Proposing improvements to technological tools and data architecture design. + Building conceptual, logical, and physical models to support analytical and predictive needs. + Ensuring data quality for analysis. **What We Require From You** * Technical or university degree in Systems, Software, Networks, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this position. * Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Data Analysis (mobile access network). * Knowledge of Docker and containers (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Apache Airflow or other pipeline orchestration tools (desirable). * Proficiency in Power BI – Intermediate (desirable) and Tableau – Basic (desirable). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode \- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm \- Lima. **What We Value** * Commitment to work quality. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Results orientation. * Innovation and creativity. **What We Offer** * Full payroll registration (Bonus, Vacation Pay, Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS), ESSALUD Health Insurance, and Life Insurance per Law). * Company-certified training programs. * Career development path. * Access to corporate discount agreements. * Work modality: Hybrid.
